Still shows it as % based for top tier in-game. Back for Season 28 in August they did expand the % of teams in Tier-1, but was still % based (just expanded).1 -

Well of course not. That Memory DIMM has to be lengthwise in the potato's socket (touching all the contacts) in order to maximize processing.7
