It is random, EXCEPT that the immediately previous event is not included in the random choices when determining next event. So there would not be any bad-2-bak.7 -

I did a Poll a while back about REMOVING the Help system entirely for Arena (just leave it for Quest Energy). Adjust Loyalty given and maximum Energy Helps, etc, for the remaining Quest Energy Helps …1 -
