If this was a reinstall on device they had already been using for that original account, then they can just go to in-game settings (upper left) and do LOGOUT. That then defaults to using the default/…1 -

ROL and ACT-1 versions of Winter Soldier don’t work, they are technically different (pre-buffed) versions of that champ, and not coded into these Target Objective rules. Same for other ACT-1, pre-buf…1 -
