Halve the timer for the loyalty crystal
The refresh on this crystal is out of hand. I get enough shatters I can’t use them. Basic shards are nearly worthless - I’ve quit opening them until the December refresh. Can we cut this timer from 8…13 -

there needs to be a major t1 celestial alloy adjustment. I’m at a point that a relic has to be 6r2 or better to count for top-30 prestige. Meanwhile, I’m choosing to do more r2s to avoid wasting t3 b…1
