Basically Kabam took over the revenue that the resource loaders were making. It does stop bots in arena, and they take over the resource market by offering tickets at the same prices as illicit loade…2 -

I have him at r5. Niche utility, but no need to awaken. Good powercontrol, good immunity. He synergized for me with a bunch of my r5s ( capiw, darkhawk, and stealthy). Really nice and tanky.1
