There is a limit of 4 for the unit packages. Since you bought 4 Valiant-level Odins, they replace it with Paragon-level Odins which only contain half a T4A1 -

Vision’s sig ability purifies a non-damaging debuff with a cooldown of 9.5 seconds. When you throw your sp2, you see a cooldown timer on him, showing that his sig ability triggered.6 -

Wording isn’t great but it fixes the current bug where she doesn’t pause her prowess effects if she crits on a heavy attack. It’s not a change to “she only pauses prowess if she crits on a heavy”6
