it occurs during philosopher's mix, which happens after you launch a special. But the timer runs out. It's longer based on which special you do (sp1 is shortest, sp2 longer; sp3 longest)1 -

Depends on context so need more info. To get tb? Absolutely. Over hype, cgr, Corvus, herc, or venom? No. Under most circumstances I'd say she is worthy of r3 even unawakened.5 -
