I buy a pop up offer by mistake, is a refund posible?

I have opened 2 premium cristal, when i was going to close the window a pop up offer appears and i click it by mistake, i been saving units for act 5.4 completion and a 3star cristal for 400 units dont help me in my pregression.

    That 400 units are very important to me, i am not a very active player, i dont do arenas so it takes me a lot to save that resourses.

    Sadly as far as I know it is unable to get refunds for your purchases. Sorry for your loss bro

    Hit up support team as long as you didn’t open the crystal you should be able to get a refund. I’m t happened to me before took a few days to get my units back but they know that kinda stuff happens by accident a lot especially to uncollected players who would never buy a 400unit 3* crystal when they could buy gmc for half the price

    Hey there, as others have mentioned, our Support Team is best equipped to look into situations like this. Since you've already contacted them, make sure to not open the Crystal and wait until you here back from them with further instructions and they'll be able to advise you with next steps.
