This is my current roster. I've been using seatin's mastery for over a year. But I'm wondering if suicide masteries will benefit me more. I don't grind a lot of arena. Any advice would be appreciated

Who to bring to r4? They are both unawakened and I don't run suicide

Who to r4?
I'm quite stuck whether to rank up Medusa or Omega red to r4. They both are unduped 5* and currently at r3. I use them for almost all content and they are currently in my best team including sym supreme, quake and Stark Spidey.
