  Can’t talk about specifics, but could be that they had fraudulent activity during Gifting Event and were “docked” Units. See other threads tonight showing examples.

  If they have negative balances, that likely means they asked for refunds. Policy states that if you refund, you will continue to have a negative balance until you pay off what you refunded.

  Recent adjust,ents from Gifting Event, so bunch of ppl must have now been caught. Could also have been purchases with stolen credit cards or stolen Google/Apple cards.
