Games crashing

My game is crashing for no reason since the new update it’s not working I have updated my phone reset my ram deleted and reinstalled the game and it’s still crashing on me

    Hey batty, I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing this issue. If you haven't already, please share the requested information in the lag and performance issues thread for either iOS or Android, depending on what kind of device you have.

    The feedback we receive in those threads is instrumental in allowing us to make future improvements to the game. While it's not possible for us to acknowledge or thank each player individually for their feedback, we really do appreciate every report we receive.
