I just tried to use the Cable/Apocalypse "your fate is mine" synergy in Act 6.2.5. I have a 5* Apoc, 5* Cable, and was about to make my 6* Gambit a horseman. However, I didn't have maximum genetic code, which didn't allow me to make Gambit my horseman. Even after winning a fight with Apoc, I was still only at 1 persistent charge. Is this a known issue?
