Nick Fury bug?

I'm in AQ. I haven't used him once. So clean slate, he's at 100% health untouched. I started my first fight with him and he degened right off the bat. I didn't use him before, he hasn't taken a single hit, hasn't lost 1% of health. Yet his decoy is down... is there currently a nick fury bug? Because he's pretty useless to me if he's gonna keep doing this
