Dear Kabam recently I received a permanent ban for allegedly violating your terms of service I can assure you that there has been no use of third party software or internal modification on that account, I also find your punishment a bit excessive. I would be grateful if you reconsidered your decision and reversed the ban, evidence of this violation would also be appreciated. Thank you

    I can assure you that you probably did something to be banned, it just doesn't happen for nothing.
