Kabam,

I always try to be patient with all this unprofessional stuff going on in this last couple of weeks, since I'm only f2p player I'm just submitted to your will, whatever you throw at me I'm glady to accept it (RNG issue,Inequity mastery bug, nerf champs, op champs, etc), I'm trying not to do harsh complain again (last time I did, u deleted my post).

But then u let me down again when I'm about to login, I'm stuck in logging screen forever, I'm already left behind in 5* arena grinding and I'm sure cannot make to at least to top 10% and have to moving on AQ too, so please give me some clarification on this issue, this happen since 6 hrs ago and my device I'd Sony Experia M4 AQUA.

    same as me. stuck on login screen like forever.
    hard reset my phone, reinstall the game. not working.

    apparently, when i used wifi, it worked. cellular not.

    iPhone 6. iOS 11.3

    13 hours still can't login and still no response in forum?, really? this how you treat your player? how many Mods in this forum?, 10? 20? and not a single person could give some explanation, this affect to a many players who can only play with cellular data, are you mods not aware about this.

    Hey there, ErSand! Sorry to hear you aren't able to log into the game right now, specially for so long! Would you mind letting us know if this started right after you updated The Contest? Also, what model of device are you using, as well as what OS?

    Thanks for the response Sir, I'm using the same device since first time i play this game on February 2016, Sony Xperia M4 Aqua (Android 5.0).

    I don't mind to wait more but at least give us some explanation about this, Thank You

    And this happen around 05:30 AM (GMT+8) until now, and that happen on all devices which only playing with cellular data.

    Kabam,

    The same issue which happen on Ghost Event coming back again, I can't login into the game since last night GMT+8 when using Data Cellular.

    Please address this issue since not all your player rich enough to using Wifi.
