I agree. I think they should be made much more useful champs with their own new sets of animations. Kang is pretty good with the Apocalypse synergy but should have a little more utility IMO. Thanos could really use some work, using Nameless to work off of could be a good start. I would like Weapon X get his own animations…

Had the same problem. I was too stubborn to quit out the first time but won’t be going back in. Definitely not any fun getting continually hammered when you get the timing right. SoP was a really great event and the Grandmaster was a very good choice as boss. The dex issue just makes this fight intolerable for me.

Yup, same here. I won’t go back in. That was just ridiculous. I should’ve quit out the first time. Just kept happening and I know I was timing it right at least most the time. Had way more trouble with him here than in 6.4.6.

What the maximum number of points you can have for the SoP right now without the one being shown as locked? I haven’t received any 6* shards either, where can I claim those?

I can’t say what other players knew. If some people did know about this then I’m sure they told others outside the CCP. A portion of the community did know about it. How far reaching it went, I haven’t a clue. I don’t think Kabam should sell crystals for a champ with a known serious bug without informing the community…

Any compensation aside, he should never have been released if it was a know bug. You might not think Ilac is reliable but he did get from Kam who I believe is credible. How could anyone think it’s right to release a champ knowing this? That’d be 100% wrong by Kabam.

Who can say why people bought crystals for him? People could have known about this and bought them under that pretense. Still requires some skill to keep the streak. In someways it’s similar to Quake, in that once you have the play style down you can keep the mechanics working infinitely.

Very frustrating losing at least 3 days of arena due to this bug. Hoped it would have been fixed by now on iOS. It’s great you got the patch out for Android but for us Apple user were still stuck. I can’t do a single fight in arena. Just crash when I open multiple arenas IGN: Nøx

Same. My game crashes when I try to play arena with spiderham, which essentially locks me out of a couple arenas. The other I may be facing a team with spiderham on it but can’t remember. Personally, I don’t care for root and hope not to see it in game in the future. There are enough timing based aspects of the game without it and I feel it adds far to many more.

I agree the questions should be addressed rather than deleted if that’s happening but it’s also possible the decrease in damage is the error or “bug” and not how much damage he was doing upon release. Hope they do respond either way and he is “fixed” to do the same damage as when he was released.

@Daddrieda. I understand your point to a degree but it’s the time it takes to get through matches of those difficulties that concerns me the most. Just because I can get the through Red Hulk in LoL with a one shot using several different champs certainly doesn’t mean I want to face him in arena.
