Unless your holding out for Nimrod, Warlock would be my choice with ouchies. Never need to throw sp1s. Torch without pre-fight should be a nuke. Don't use the pre-fight as you want the incinerated to not be passive. CAPIW with a skill champ and a tech is great for these mini bosses and was my go-to. Skill champ on the team removes most of the debuffs if you get clipped. You have to fight one fight with apoc first to get the charges. The synergy means apoc starts with 4 charges that first fight without needing to ramp up. After that you can make another mutant a horseman.

Keep in mind it's her sig level that gives you that rate. She needs to be signed 181 to achieve that. If you're going to awaken, make sure you have the sigs to go with it.

Hold it. They're a very rare resource and not something to just use up. Wait til you get someone you absolutely have no regrets using it on. Maybe save it for AA, NF, Kitty, Hyperion that you know you'll like to play, and greatly benefits (actually needs) at least being awakened.
