• Rank 3 yes.. she is good against robots ( 5.4.6 ultron, power reserve og vision 5.3.2 etc.), has double immunity and a little bit of hard to trigger regen. So if you need her for her pros just rank her to rank 3 but she doesnt deserve rank 4 in any scenario.

• OK after some testing I can say that she is decent for AQ, questing in general and ROL fights. On the other hand She is bad for LoL because her damage output depends so much on blocking and they just dont let you stack 20 charges and double them.
