After the one update Kabam claimed they would be. But almost everyone I know get barely any 3* champs from PHCs now. I myself opened over 60 last week. I got 3 3* champs. The rest were 2*. And it's been like that since they changed them. I used to get a 4* every 20-30 phcs.

My willpower doesn't give the health it should be, some my champs land a crit hit very infrequently, especially my Tech, mystic & mutant champs. Couple of day?! I know Civil Warrior doesn't have that high of a crit rate but he hasn't been landing them very often for months.

I just think if we earn items there should not be an expiration date on them or limit on the number of items in our stashed items.

Really any champs that is on fire, or uses fore should be immune to incinerate.

They do it for health potions. Personally, I think t4b daily quest should award far more than it does. And there should be a t4c daily quest. And they need to award more in event, story, from aq awards. And I'd love to see more 4* awakening stones/crystals in the game. I'm pretty sure master mode awarded them a long time…

I've been having issue off & on as well. More than that, it's almost like the Critical Hit Rating for all of my Champs is just gone! And so Iceman is barely activating frostbite charges.

I am having similar issues with many champs. And special buffs/debuffs not activating. Vulture's Siphon Charge & Thermal Feedback are not doing anything except activating the timer.

It's completely ruining this game for me. But it's not just lag. My game freeze for like 10 seconds. A lot of champ specials are being blocked again and buffs/debuffs not working. Parry malfunctioning. Whiffing. I'll evade a special and my champ won't block afterward. Etc, etc.

I typically find biggest thing with my Phoenix is having the right synergies helps big time. Perfect block, armor, precision and power game. So Scarlet Witch, cyclops, storm, Beast. And keep her Phoenix force up. So Parry and heavy to get 1 or 2 then build them and get empowerment from there.

You're not the only one having issues with crystals. The last 20-30 4* crystals I have opened have gotten me 2 new champs and duped the same 4 or so champs the rest of the time. They were already duped a long time ago. Plus, my 1st 3 5* crystals were all Hulkbuster.
