I would advise you to go for Sym. I see a lot of Annihilus, Airwalker and Vision Arkus in the UC eq every month. If you don't have Sym or Doom, the fights will be painful. Unless of course you don't bother with exploring

I love them too but the recent trend of flashy lights everywhere doesn't appeal to me as much as smooth, clean character animations like Ronin, Medusa and Void

Ronin has the best animation in the game. Ronin is what the graphics team should be aiming at. Clean, smooth animations not laggy particle effects and epilepsy-inducting flashing lights.
