Looks like nothing will be done to rectify this since only few people got affected? Disappointing.

Any updates on this? I wasn't able to do all the objectives because of this.

It also persists to other game modes if you entered incursions then try quests or arena. masteries are disabled until you restart the game

I also have same issue. actually it seems the whole mastery is not working. at first i thought it was only parry then dex, then even willpower wasn't working.
