Can’t access Paragon Gauntlet

Anyone else had this issue I’ve just completed the event quest on Thronebreaker and got the pass for the Paragon Gauntlet but I still can’t access it?

I’ve emailed Kabam support but by the time I get a reply the event will be over and I’ll have missed out on the rewards.

    I’m having the same issue. Hopefully there will be some sort of compensation

    (A) seems to be a new issue because of the November Game Update. (See too many posts about it this morning to keep up with)

    (B) Kabam is not in the office yet this morning.

    **yes, there is a tight window of time between Pacific time hours before Timer would end for Gauntlet quest.
    Suggestion for Kabam would be to extend the timer on this iteration of Gauntlet for another day or 2.

    For the record. I completed it the first day of the month and 4 or 5 times every event quest event day this month and it is now locked for me as well
