JUST GOT 4 STAR NEBULA FROM 4 STAR CRYSTAL .CAN U TELL ME HOW GOOD IS SHE

    hold block to build up her shock charges up to at least 10 (synergy with proxima will help with that), parry to shock the enemy, launch her sp2 before the shock times out, watch the crazy damage and watch the enemy get wrecked

    of course, you have to be careful not to take too much block damage from building charges. her double immunities are helpful, so is her regen if you mess up. she’s a pretty good champ.

    Max stack of charges is 20 but Sp2 can make it 40. She's pretty good but I would prefer Quake or Omega Red.

    She can also reduce the Ability Accuracy of Robots based on the number of electroshock charges she has, so she can be a good choice to deal with any Robots who are giving you trouble! Also, if you put enough Shocks on your opponent, she can put a pretty long Power Lock on her opponents.
