Losing a match bug

I would like to bring to KABAMS notice that there is a bug that has not been addressed (as far as i know) and is making me and a few of my friends mad.
whenever I lose a match, it should directly send me to the match screen. however, when i lose, 90% of the time the loading screen lasts forever and i have to restart the game.

Please tell me if this is a known bug or not and please fix this.

    Hey Riot1234, I'm sorry to hear you've experienced this loading issue. In an effort to resolve it, I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps below.

    There are many devices capable of running the game and there are many different factors which can cause issues like this to occur. However, we're always reviewing any reports we receive and working to develop and implement improvements on our end to help make the game run as smoothly as possible on as many devices as possible.
