Need a mod please

My friend bought the $99.99 5* package and got the wrong class. He got the one class (mutant) he is already very strong in and it's useless to him. He chose skill. I watched him do it. He is angry, as he should be. It was a hundred freakin bucks.

I already helped him put in a ticket but the case was closed with no fix. Will someone please help?
