Elsa Bloodstone cruelty timer bugged

After the sp3, elsa gains cruelty buffs which expire one at a time. But the first cruelty doesn't seem to have a timer and then it suddenly expires.

    Device - Honor 8c (to the best of my knowledge.)

    Device operating system - Android 8.1

    I Play on WiFi

    Game version - the latest android update (couldn't find exact version anywhere)

    Active boosts - none

    Game mode- all (in this clip - act 5 chapter 3 quest 2)

    Champion affected - Elsa bloodstone
