    No, but everything in there costs enough for Cav players to get the final milestone. Some items have a higher purchase limit than others.

    lol would love that, but unfortunately no. It is a bummer for lower progression players, but they generally try to make it much harder for them to acquire higher tier rewards until they have hit a certain level ("game economy").
