5☆ awakening gem crystal not found

In the candy shop I got the 5☆ awakening gem crystal but when I went to open it I didn't have it anywhere in my inventory. I forgot how much candy was it worth but can I get it refunded or what should I do to get my crystal?

    Should be in your crystal section on the left tab. After opening this he crystal, it will appear in your inventory section.
