Is there any one I can speak to about my ticket being ignored? I placed the ticket on Saturday night, it’s Thursday. They asked for additional information on Monday and I provided it within minutes of their request. However, they haven’t responded since Monday, now I feel ignored and have no way to escalate my concern.
Im still missing my twitch drops
To be clear, i don't care about the replay, I just want the crystals and 1 to 2 gem that i earned from my 3 hrs of watching. Thanks kabam!
Incursions crashed twice taking half my health twice .
This will end my run twice on one play through. Game Crashing l should not take health away. Why would you design it to do that Kabam. I got to to zone 16 and enjoying all of it an with no resources as I had none to start with . Now I will get ko ,d an then I think im done with it.

Gentle got degraded
I upgraded gentle my 6 star champ to rank 4 and now he is back to rank 3, and all my resources are also gone including the 2 million gold
