Unable to claim the final milestone rewards
My alliance has secured 8000 points in BIGGER THING alliance event, so technically we are eligible for final milestone rewards. However, we are unable to claim it. Alliance milestone 19 banquet- can’t claim item
My alliance reached the banquet milestone 19 with 3 t6cc selectors but we can’t claim it. It doesn’t give any of us option to claim it even though I far exceed the required 9600 points contribution. It’s broken.
Is this a bug or what?
I grinded for a week just to reach the key and you can see I claimed all the rewards till the key. But I am not able to claim the key. I also tried to buy the 15unit crystal and my points increased. Still nothing Please help
Banquet bugs
I opened 2 jubs I got one selector from 1 then the second one it landed on a trophy selector where the crystal stopped on it but glitched to the t5 I have clips of both so yall can review it

Missing Title
I had the title “The Main Character” but after changing to different title and checking back, that title was no where to be found. I even restarted the game to double check and it’s still gone. Plz help @Kabam Miike ING Sún Wúkong
