Why doesn't Chee'ilth counter evade?
She's a skill champion, and a common trope of Skill champs is a way to counter evade, like Ability accuracy reduction, true accuracy, true strike, etc. I feel like Chee'ilth is missing this, otherwise she would be the perfect skill champ.
