This is only a suggestion, but, wouldn’t it be much more festive to have unit bunlde deals coincide with the gifting event?
Not only does it give more back to a dedicated community, some of which have been here from the beginning, it also gives incentive to purchasing expensive unit packages at this expensive and festive time of year.
Players could then use their units to also gift one another. Everyone wins, everyone feels appropriated and happy... (except for the Grinch of course) 😉
