I have just open 4 features crystals and got arkus twice and within the gamw while playing he's lagging so bad it's impossible to play with him, as i try to block and i keep getting hit..

It's a specific device issue. You would need to provide your device info in order for the team to attemp to solve it.
But keep in mind, these type of issues usually don't ever get fixed
