How to get a human response from support

I have contacted support twice and received the same automated message to two different requests. I have messaged several mods with no response.

Does anyone know how to get a HUMAN response from support?

Same thing. I've reported a player and got a message.
Then something weird happened to that player, and I've reported him again and asked why was Kabam doing that.

Got the exact same message as the previous report. They didn't even answered my question
