Which 5* Science should I rank up?

I’m having a hard time deciding, my next objectives are act 5 completion then either LOL or cavalier. My top 5* champs are: R5 Sparky (awake), R4 awake: GR, Medusa, Iceman, GP. R4 unawake: SS. R3: E Frost, Masacre, KM, ST, Ghost, Morningstar, IMIW, spider-stealth.
My 6*: Corvus, Cull, Wasp, Bishop, Hawkeye, Jane Foster

Anybody have any recommendations? Thanks.

    I’m definitely not a Quake pro, but have managed to take down some Monthly Uncollected Quests with her.

    Not as familiar with Void or Human Torch yet, wonder if they might better as R4 than taking Quake to R5?
