Who is the best true double immunity (bleed and poison) champion?

I’m excluding quasi-immune champs like Omega and Emma. Additionally, not counting champs who can become immune depending on circumstances like Aegon or Quake.

Must be a true Bleed and Poison Immune champ.

She's not technically immune. You have to phase for her to be immune.
