Taskmaster Sp1 Bug

Heavy into sp1 doesn't work if the opponent isn't against the wall.

Only reason the second sp1 connected is because of the stun, Winter Soldier would have blocked it otherwise.

The rest of Taskmaster's bug isn't bugged, but definitely poorly designed. Really needs a buff, but will probably be buried under the champs in more urgent need of one.

Taskmaster is so unrewarding to play. Shame, he is quite fun.
