Persistent charges

So have they addressed the persistent charge issue? I've sent in 2 separate tickets and it's doing it again with this update and all if gotten was their bs generic responses.

They still haven’t figured it out yet. They tried to fix it multiple times before, but each new fix introduced more bugs, some of which broke the game.
