Mephisto imprisons the opponent’s Soul at the start of the fight, reducing their chance to activate Buffs by 100% for 15 seconds.

    Thor has a ever increasing chance to gain a fury. I believe he gets a 50% increase in activation chance per every 30 seconds that's passed infight, maxing at 150% chance.
    Mephistos Soul Imprisonment is only a 100% reduction of chance iirc

    Is Not .

    Thor is a 30 s + 50%. By 150% a 90 s.

    Mephisto is 15 s

    15s < 90 s ;)
