⚡Please note that storm is very outdated and only what she got is chance to stun and very low shock damage. Apocalypse makes her op still she need some more to fight without apocalypse synergy⚡

Eventually she will. She was even name dropped as someone who absolutely should have an overhaul.

It was in a thread a long time ago, I believe when they first discussed making Buffs more frequent and somebody was making the argument of just doing a universal Fury bump across all champions and Mike pointed out that a lot of Champions deserved proper overhauls and not just quick numbers bumps and he name-dropped War Machine, Storm and a couple others that were Prime examples of meme tier Champs.

I wish I remember what the thread was but it was a prime example that they know that there are champions that deserve overhauls but considering the fact that overhauls take a lot of work and it's really two guys doing all that work, if they don't have a good starting off point, then they're going to drag their feet on it.
