New Bug Submission Report. Should we submit every single time? 🤔

Many may or may not have read the forum news posted below. Being that many are still seeing issues happen often, should we be sending feedback every single time an issue presents itself, or just once per issue? At times, I have experienced all of the issues listed on the feedback report (dropped inputs/missed inputs/incorrect inputs/etc.) and it happens in all areas of the game.

@Kabam Miike being that weekly compensation has stopped and new issues that are even more problematic have occurred, what is our path forward? Also, being that many that play the game are not on this forum, could an in game message link to the bug report so we could get even more feedback to the game team?

With the release of v35.0.1, we’ve moved to an Opt-Out system for our new Input System beta, and want to make it easier for you all to share experiences and Bug Reports directly with our team.

As we mentioned before, we expected that with the new system, it could take a little while for players to get used to the new timing and that there would be some bugs and kinks to work out after the release. Changing the way the entire game receives inputs is not a small change, and there is some potential for knock-ons.

If you encounter any missed inputs, misread inputs, or other issues that you feel are related to the new input system, we ask that you fill out this form to share your experiences with us.

When filling out this form, please be as specific as possible and use separate submissions for separate issues. “All of the Above” might seem helpful in sharing your experiences, but it does not help us track down issues.

This info is shared directly with the team, and will help us continue to work on hotfixes and improvements on the new input system.

Thank you all for your time and dedication. We know that the experience is not where we want it to be right now, and your reports will help us to continue to find and address the bugs or problems that may have arose with the new system.“

I don’t know, because if you Report every single issue there would be way too many reports,
But if you only report one issue per account or even per device if it happens again Kabam won’t know every time.

At this point, I have already submitted 15 reports of a variety of issues. This may seem excessive but so are the current issues in the game.

Is anyone else submitting reports as often or more?

It doesn’t seem to matter anyway I’ve put in a couple and never gotten a single response back.

You don't need to report every instance. Just once, with as much information as possible, will be sufficient.
