On THIS iteration of the Forums, yes it appears so.
Don’t know if #’s 1 thru 10 never existed, or if they are somehow reserved as part of the Forum “directory tree” structure ??

And fyi, #12 was the 2017 now-obsolete Champion Spotlight thread, and 13 is “Help, I’ve been banned, what do I do now ?”

As for ORIGINAL Forum, that had a different website address, different Domain. So when they created this current web domain, a lot of the initial posts were Kabam Informational echoing some of theirs that had been part of the previous Forums.
