That $100 2x deal is genius on Kabam's part. What nobody realized is that Kabam meant 2x of nothing which is still nothing.

For those saying they didn't get it, did your timer for it expire?

In previous years, the crystal has popped up with the timer starting 7 hours from when you first logged in. In this case, they didn't pop up, but it seems the timers were consistent with previous years. The crystal showed up just fine for me at 9:01 EST after I had logged in at 2:01. If you logged in later, then the timer started later. That timer has always been based on when you login, not based on Kabam's clock.

your timer starts when you log in after the event started is why some people can’t see them yet, however the x2 not working is just same **** different day bug

Isn't the x2 supposed to be giving one crystal? Because you get the other crystal on the regular 7 hour timer that just started expiring for the first time? Unless 1x2 has changed recently…

Yes, from the home screen, but not the crystal screen. If you open the crystal it disappears from there, but the timer is still going.

This is one of the dumbest systems from Kabam ever. Let’s get everyone hyped up about this crystal yet when the day comes, the 7 hour timer starts once you log in, vice from the release of the content going live. So for those who hold down a day job and can’t access the game until they get home after their 9-10 hour work day really have to wait until the following day in the morning to grab their first crystal.

Come on Kabam, after almost 9 years of supporting this game and community, seeing you all do things well while other times failing on execution/delivery, yall can do much better than this.

You can claim the Rebirth Crystals. The main menu, there's a timer counting down on the RIGHT HAND SIDE next to all the normal stuff. When it says "Ready" you can claim.

If you bought the deal, it's on another timer which will be counting down too and claim from the main menu.

This is the stuff you have to jump through but it's working and it was 7 hours after whenever you logged into the game after 2pm EST.

no one is doing that (hopefully). Once you sleep, you'll wake and it'll be like an hour is so from being able to claim the second and then both will be on the same schedule. It doesn't affect how many you can claim as long as you don't go above like 4 hours past the last crystal able to be claimed.

its the Crystals (shown as Yellow and Green) counting down.

That's what you're waiting to say "Ready" to claim the crystals.

it started 7 hours from the time you logged in after 2pm EST (The time crystals were supposed to start originally). If you purchased the 2x deal, it goes from 7 hours from the time you purchased the deal. So there will be two timers but you can't see the second one until you claim the first. Again, both will be counting down on main screen with the Green/Yellow Crystals showing and a timer below and says "Ready" when you can claim it.

I completely agree. I'm posting a screenshot if anyone needs visual help where to claim also.

I spent a long time figuring this out tonight to help everyone and I do that because I like being a positive for the community as a whole.
