    They really should give us compensation for that. Second time recently. People cant complete all milestones in infinity dungeones bc of this.

    They have server maintenance sometimes. They do send you a letter in advance.
    If this is not the case I think there was something like this addressed in a patch somewhere. It hasn't been fixed but the Kabam team is supposed to be working on it.

    The game has gone down in the middle of a dungeon 5 run and due to work tomorrow I likely won't hit the milestones now not to mention I'll only get less than half.the points I could have if the game didn't go down! This is likely happening to many others besides me and it's not fair on the summoners! Especially with 0 communication or any kind of apology! Even a free refresh of my dungeon champs so I could try again would be something?

    How do I submit a ticket? Was in room 6 dungeon 5 and doing just fine when the game went down and blamed it on my network
