Iron patriot and Netlix Daredevil buffs

Everyone who plays the game already knows how trash iron patriot is -he has minimal armor break , extremely low damage output and just to clarify he should be a good character because of the siege on asgard storyline in which he is a very powerful character. Few suggestions for kabam might be-
Add an incinerate debuff on his special 1 which deals 100% of his base damage as energy damage.
Make it so that the more debuffs on his enemy the more his stuns last. Ability should be passive and a possible name might be recaliberation.
Last iron patriot should gain a fury after each sp3 or heavy attack which buffs his damage by 25%, this makes him slightly more viable and just to add to him add these abilties too-
Advanced armor-Reduces all damage dealt by coldsnap,bleed and shock by 30%
Also his signature ability should push hin to 3 bars of power for defensive utility which can be stopped only by being hit by a heavy attack.
Netflix Daredevil- Seriously, what is the purpose of this champion if you have a better version of him with a similar name mind you it is the classic daredevil , gives the same utility except for the armor breaks which netflix DD can apply . The problem with these armor breaks is that they hardly make any impact on his damage unless he has applied 7 or 8 of them which is both time consuming and risky plus there are champions who do the same just faster and better.
He should have a passive
Judgement- Daredevil declares his opponent guilty and places a concussion debuff on them reducing abiltiy accuracy by 65% alongwith a guilt debuff which deals 10% of the all health lost by the enemy as direct damage to the enemy on the next attack delivered by daredevil to the opponent which the enemy has dealt to daredevil.[Guilt and concussion can be applied only when the opponent has been striked by daredevil or has hit daredevil 20 times and stays the next 20 hits this pattern continously repeats itself till daredevil has reached 100 hits then it remains active throughout the remainder of the fight].
