Punisher 2099 Bugged. Light Attack doesnt connect in combos. Video

I have been asking for a fix of this issue for months. Its ridiculous so I uploaded the vid, as you can clearly see, the punch misses when attempting a combo. Please address this #kabam https://youtu.be/UNxW0MgqF5Y
