Punisher 2099 Bugged. Light Attack doesnt connect in combos. Video

Punisher 2099 light attack STILL not connecting...this is my 4th time asking for a fix!
As title states, this is the 4th time I have come to ask for a solution to this, after a medium attack, P2099's follow up light attack would wiff as it seems to not have the range to connect, please fix this, it is the 4th time I have come to the forums about this issue. No solutions or response given by the kabam team.

Punisher 2099 light attack STILL not connecting
I don't know how many time I had to come and notify you guys of this, but P2099 light attack is still NOT connecting in combos. After the initial medium attack, the light attack would miss and I get hit by the opponent immediately. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS.

Punisher 2099 light attack not connecting
My Punisher 2099 is not connecting with his light attacks in his combos, the light punch would just not reach the opponent and caused me to die numerous times in various content, please fix this.

I can take unduped 5* Ultron or Starlord to rank 3 or Duped 4* Vision AOU, Duped 4* Starlord, Duped 4* Ultron to rank 5. Which one of those would be optimal?
