Why is Elsa evading my heavy?

I read her spotlight and this ability is nowhere in there. I read the node it says basic attacks but nothing about heavies. It doesn’t cause that stun effect so I’m pretty sure it’s not intended. Am I missing something?

    I like how most post ask, ‘ I’m I missing something’ are actually missing something basic

    Heavy attacks are also basic attacks
    The ones you can control M, L, H, are all basic attacks while SPECIAL Attacks are the ones you use power hence the name difference

    The best champ for heavy spam might be king pin with synergy since he ignores or doesn’t trigger evades
    Do medium into heavy to mix it up she won’t evade then

    That does explain why the first strike connects(she’s stunned) but doesn’t explain why she’s not able to counter combo after the evade. Maybe it’s some kind of weird interaction. I was thinking basic meant the regular combo hits.

    I did switch it up and do parry heavy then parry medium in other fights. The first run she wreaked 3/5 of my team and that’s when I started the parry heavy combos. I only have 1 more run to 100% that mission without any resources used I just thought it was odd.
