Medusa Armor Shatter bug needs compensation!

We got compensation for the persistent charge bug that lasted about a day. However, Medusa’s armor shatter has been broken for over a month now. It no longer shuts down robot opponents down (tested many times). Many people emailed Kabam support and got compensation out of it, but not everyone

    yeh her armour shatter has been broken for about 2 months now and i have died bcos of that in many matchups where i wasnt supposed to in AQ , like heimdal ,killmonger,ImIw,probably many more

    I mailed kabam and they respond: we are working on it, we will let you know when its done. But what about all the units wasted and revives? that ultron from 5.4.6 its not easy, maybe for cavaliers its an easy cake, but I became uncollected a couple months ago and I wasted so many units to finish the fight, and no compensation.
