Requesting help in arena

I was trying to bring out some arenas at work last night, I would request help, of course, after each map, but I noticed the next time I got on either on lunch or break that the help request hadn't gone through, so it seemed as though I had to wait double the time for recharge.

Anyone have this happen?

And yes I'm positive I hit request help.

    Higher star level champs have longer cooldowns, the request help will refresh during that time so you can use it more than once on those long cooldown champs.
